The design brief asked for a modern, contemporary design incorporating the yacht design language to an ocean from home. Architectural features such as glass enclosures, indoor outdoor shower rooms featuring artistic painted murals, custom wall paneling, and bespoke designed furniture are found through the house.
The oversized outdoor furniture was custom designed to outfit a stunning lanai overlooking the ocean. A media room with cinema seating, acoustic panels and top of the line audio video system was also incorporate to the design
