Tala’s interior employs precision design and manufacturing to create an extraordinary level of detail around a motif of nature. Highlights include the lower foyer, where a bamboo motif of wood inlaid on the walls is continued to stainless steel inlays and fallen leaf patterns set into the marble floor to further the effect.

The briefing was for very light interiors with darker shades as accents. Using sophisticated materials ranging from mother of pearl, carefully selected marbles, metals and leather, the resulting interior retains a clean and bright feel while instilling a feel of real luxury. The skylounge features a hand drawn carpet with a spontaneous, crazed texture, almost like an abstract painting or a free, random design. A very light and open room with big windows and sliding doors that connect with the al fresco dining, the space captures the essence of indoor-outdoor living.”
